FrakinsLab – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration for, attendance of, and participation in all FrakinsLab in-person courses. FrakinsLab is a training division of Since 99 Apparels PVT LTD (“we,” “us,” “our”). By enrolling in any FrakinsLab course, you (“you,” “student,” “participant”) agree to these Terms in full.

1. Definitions

  • FrakinsLab Courses: Instructor-led, offline training programs delivered at our designated physical venues in India.

  • Student: Any individual, entity, or representative who registers for and/or attends a FrakinsLab Course.

  • Course Materials: All printed handouts, slide decks, software, code samples, exercises, and any other resources provided during the course.

2. Registration & Payment

  1. Seat Confirmation

    • A seat is officially reserved only after we receive full payment of course fees.

    • Until payment clears, we reserve the right to release the seat to other applicants.

  2. Fee Structure

    • All fees are published on our website or brochure. Fees exclude travel, lodging, and meals unless expressly stated.

  3. Non-Refundable Policy

    • All course fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation by you, no-shows, or partial attendance.

    • You may, at your option, transfer your enrollment to another individual in the same organization up to 7 days before the course start date; the transferee must meet any prerequisites.

3. Course Scheduling, Changes & Cancellation by Us

  1. Schedule Changes

    • We may reschedule dates or venues due to instructor availability, minimum enrollment thresholds, or force majeure.

    • We will notify you at least 7 days in advance of any schedule change.

  2. Cancellation by Us

    • If we cancel a course entirely, you will receive full credit in the form of a Since 99 Apparels gift card, redeemable toward any FrakinsLab course within 6 months of issuance.

    • We are not responsible for any incidental costs you incur (travel, lodging, etc.).

4. Attendance & Code of Conduct

  1. Punctuality & Participation

    • Students must arrive on time and attend all sessions to receive any completion certificate.

  2. Behavioral Standard

    • Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior toward instructors, staff, or fellow students may result in removal from the course without refund.

  3. Health & Safety

    • You must comply with venue health and safety rules. We reserve the right to refuse entry for non-compliance.

5. Course Materials & Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership

    • All Course Materials remain our exclusive intellectual property.

  2. Limited License

    • You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials for your personal or internal business training only.

  3. Prohibited Uses

    • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Promotional Offers & Discounts

  • Only one promotional code, discount, or special offer may be applied per enrollment.

  • Offers cannot be combined or retroactively applied.

7. Credit for Cancellation by Us

  • In the event we cancel a course, credit will be issued via a Since 99 Apparels gift card equal to the amount you paid.

  • Gift card credit is valid for six months from the date of issue and may be used only for FrakinsLab course fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability for any claim related to a course (including negligence) shall not exceed the amount of course fees you paid.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (including lost profits, data, or business interruption).

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect personal data (name, contact, payment details) to process enrollment and deliver courses.

  • Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data-protection laws.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
